The start and end of the tourist season 2024 as well as the accommodation price list are as follows.
Starting MAY 1ST and ending 31 OCTOBER.

For, MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER, the overnight stay is 550.00 €.

For JULY and AUGUST, the overnight stay is 640.00 €.

In May there is a 10% discount for booking minimum stay 7 days

Also 10% discount for non refundable reservations

The villa is not available for parties, or for social events.

Booking Policy:
–          20 % Payment of 20% of the amount within 3 days of booking.

–          50 % Advanced Payment upon Booking and the balance of 50% to be paid 21 days before Arrival (credit card, bank transfer, paypal).

–          Advanced Payment is Non-Refundable if cancelled  before arrival.

–         Full Payment is not Refundable if cancelled  before arrival.
